Co-Management
HubMaster: Co-manager who oversees the employee's performance. SOP creation. KPI management and performance tracking.
GrowthMaster: Coaching and optimizing process within the employees for a smooth engagement.
Account Manager: In charge of customer satisfaction. Your AM will make sure Talentek meets all your requirements and expectations.
Co-Employment
With our Co-Employment option you won't have to sacrifice our excellent service. You'll still have IT support, finance, recruiting, hiring, payroll, and you'll have our Account Management team to advocate for you when you need it. This option is for when you feel very comfortable running your satellite office with your own resources and there is no need for a co-manager.
Employer of Record
With our EOR model, Talentek will take care of managing and overseeing the employment-related aspects of workers across different countries. This includes handling payroll, tax compliance, benefits administration, and other HR functions on your behalf. You will assign a person from your company to handle the engagement and act as a point of contact with all the departments within Talentek.
Flex
Flex is an innovative business outsourcing model that enables our customers to only pay for the tasks completed for them, eliminating the need for traditional full-time hires or fixed hourly rates. Some tasks are Appointment Scheduling, Track and Trace, Chassis/Container Damage Inspections, Account Payables, Accounts Receivables.
